点评：I’m very disappointed with my experience here.
The environment was not clean. There was food waste placed near customers while dining, tables were damaged and appeared moldy, and many flies were landing on our plates during the meal. For the high prices charged, this level of hygiene is unacceptable.
The food was average but very expensive. For wine, there are many better and more reasonably priced options in the Hunter Valley.
The “zoo” area had only a small number of animals, and some did not appear to be in good condition. Despite this, the entrance fee was very high.
The official website promotes many activities, but when we arrived, there were little to no activities available. This felt misleading.
The accommodation was also extremely overpriced. We expected something luxurious for the price, but it was more like an old, poorly maintained cabin with many spiders.
One staff member (an older woman wearing glasses) spoke in a very harsh and unfriendly manner, which made the experience even worse. Most of the restaurant staff were not Australian, but they were friendly — this was honestly the only positive part of our visit.
Based on our experience and what I later read in other Google reviews, I would strongly recommend that others be cautious before booking or purchasing anything here.
