点评：I was travelling from Bath to Honiton via Exeter on Tuesday 11th August. A very hot day. I had to change at Bristol and Exeter St David's . At Bristol the Cross Country train was late and so by the time we arrived in Exeter I had just missed the 13.48pm train to Honiton. The kind young man (Staff) on the platform told me it would be 2 hours until the next train. He was concerned for me. I then asked another man at the ticket barrier if there was any other train to get me to Honiton. He kindly looked it all up but said no - a 2 hour wait.He suggested I tried the Rail Enquiries office just in case they could help me.
There, the very helpful member of staff rang Cross Country trains and amazingly arranged for a taxi to take me to Honiton! What a stroke of luck. I am so grateful to the staff on Exeter station. They couldn't have been nicer. I don't know your names but thank you so much! Mrs Lynn Rimmer
