Stunning views. We caught it on a very clear blue day from Zermatt to Visp. Only suggestion I have is if it's hot day to sit on the left hand side as it does get direct sunshine. However for the views, the right side is better:)

Les pires trains de Suisse... arrogants, quasiment toujours en retard, voir pire, le train "disparait" quelques minutes avant son arrivée... résultat, pour ne pas être en retard au travail, vous devez prendre un taxi pour Zermatt qui vous coûte 50chf et des ennuis. Puis, bien évidemment, vous devez vous battre comme un archarné pour otenir une partie de remboursement après plusieurs moins d'attente. En bref, ils font tout pour ne pas vous rembourser. Pire, ils n'hésitent pas à être odieux avec vous, ils vous diront de prendre la voiture pour monter à Zermatt et qu'ils s en fichent de vous voler ou créer des problèmes... bien sur car ils sont en position de monopole et que vous ne pouvez pas monter en voiture à Zermatt sans une autorisation très compliquée à obtenir. Il faut être résident de Zermatt ou avoir une société sur place et de toute les façons il n y a pas de places de parking à louer à Zermatt ou le parking est toujours plein. C'est une honte pour la Suisse cette "société" de trains qui dérobe tout le monde avec ce service pourri.
The worse train company of Switzerland, they are practically always late, observe when they should leave and arrive and you will see, the will leave minimum 3 minutes always and in the end arrive 10 minutes late in Zermatt every time... but also, they might not even show up! Yes, the train you are supposed to get doesn't come and you have to take the following half an hour late. So if you don't want to get late at work you have to take a taxi... good luck to getting some type of refund from this "company" they will be rude to you or not answer to you so that you give up. They will say to you not to take the train if you are not happy with them always being late but of course they have the monopoly to get to Zermatt unless you live in Zermatt or own a company there; therefore, authorized to going up there with your car but you can't find a parking spot up there. I feel ashamed for Switzerland with this aweful "company" when tourists that pay thousands of francs to come visit Zermatt and they have to deal with this crappy train company that can ruin your day.

景色令人惊叹。我们在一个晴朗的蓝天白云的日子里乘坐了从采尔马特到维斯普的火车。我唯一的建议是，如果天气炎热，最好坐在左侧，因为那里阳光直射。不过，就风景而言，右侧更好:)

瑞士最糟糕的火车……傲慢无礼，几乎总是晚点，更糟糕的是，火车会在到达前几分钟“消失”……结果，为了避免上班迟到，你不得不打车去采尔马特，这要花费 50 瑞士法郎，而且非常麻烦。当然，之后你还得费尽周折才能在等待几个月后获得部分退款。简而言之，他们会想方设法避免退款。更糟糕的是，他们还会毫不犹豫地对你无礼。他们会告诉你开车去采尔马特，还说他们不在乎宰客或给你惹麻烦……当然，因为他们垄断了这条线路，没有非常复杂的许可证你根本开不到采尔马特。你必须是采尔马特居民或者在那里有公司，而且采尔马特根本没有停车位出租，停车场也总是爆满。这家铁路“公司”简直是瑞士的耻辱，用这种糟糕的服务坑害所有人。
瑞士最差的铁路公司，几乎总是晚点。看看他们的发车和到达时间，你就会发现：他们总是至少晚点3分钟，最终每次到达采尔马特都晚点10分钟……而且，他们甚至可能根本不来！没错，你原本应该乘坐的火车没来，你只能坐下一班晚点半小时的火车。所以，如果你不想上班迟到，就得打车……祝你好运，想从这家“公司”那里拿到退款？他们要么态度恶劣，要么干脆不理你，让你彻底放弃。如果你对他们总是晚点不满，他们会告诉你别坐火车，但当然，除非你住在采尔马特或者在那里拥有公司，否则他们垄断了前往采尔马特的交通；也就是说，你有权开车上去，但你却找不到停车位。看到瑞士有这么一家“好”公司，我真替瑞士感到羞耻。游客们花了数千瑞士法郎来采尔马特旅游，却不得不忍受这家糟糕的火车公司，毁了他们的一天。
