A Safe, Fun, and Memorable Family Experience ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

点评：Yesterday, I returned to Tidal Cove for the first time in two years, this time as a guest after previously serving as a Lifeguard Manager. Seeing the park from a guest’s perspective was truly special, and I was impressed by all the positive changes.
What stood out the most was the lifeguard team. They had no idea I had worked there before, so I was able to observe everything objectively. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care for guests were outstanding. One lifeguard even took a moment to play Rock, Paper, Scissors with my daughter while still remaining fully attentive to her duties in the Lazy River. My daughter won and received a lollipop a small gesture that made her day and perfectly reflected the balance between safety and creating memorable experiences.
I also want to recognize the entire team from the entrance staff, security, servers, and management. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and made the park feel organized, calm, and relaxing despite how busy it was.
The only constructive feedback I have is regarding the FlowRider. I completely understand the importance of the safety video, but I believe guests should receive a brief explanation of why they’re required to watch it. A little more communication and warmth in that interaction would make the experience even better.
Overall, Tidal Cove exceeded my expectations, and I can’t wait to come back.
Finally, I want to send my deepest appreciation to Daniela, Cesar and Jeff. Without your leadership, none of this would be possible. You have the park on point, and it truly shows in every detail. Thank you for building such an amazing team and creating such a wonderful experience for every guest.
