WONDERFUL tour and TERRIFIC (THE BEST) tour guides!! 🚴
Discovery Bicycle Tours的点评
点评：The tour of the Centennial trail, the Trail of the Hiawatha and the Trail of the Coeur de Alenes was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL... but first and foremost, we had THE BEST TWO CYCLING TOUR GUIDES I have ever experienced on a bicycling tour, PERIOD... 🚴
Steve and Greg were professional, helpful and have great senses of humor and customer service acumen. My lovely wife, who was with me on the tour used to be in food sales and taught delis on customer service. She always said the definition of customer service is "anything you say or do that affects your customer's opinion of your company, it's products and/or services".. Steve & Greg ONLY said & did things to make Discovery Bicycle Tours look ABSOLUTELY TERRIFIC...😊. There was a fire close to us and Steve & Greg dealt with the "curve ball" very professionally, calmly and efficiently. Communication was always top notch.
Again, the tour, scenery, bikes, etc., etc , were great., but Steve & Greg made it what it was, a TERRIFIC experience.
Will book future tours with Discovery.
