What a shocking trip

点评：So spent a lot of money on this trip soon as we got on board there was trouble some of our group had booked and paid for 15 Ltrs was told there was not any after complaints and two hours they simply whent onto the boat at the side and fetched cylinders , why lie to us ?
WiFi don’t pay for it it’s none existent !
Food was fantastic well done to the chefs
Crew was short staffed even the dive guides was servicing out cabins no towels changed in ten days no water to drink asked many times and still no water whent almost 24 hours without water
Boat is filthy basket maintained oil and sort all over the boat gets all over your clothes dive equipment broken furniture no where to comfortably sit everyone out cabin was supposed to be the best no cold water on the sink toilet didn’t work I ended up sorting it myself in order to make it fill up
Some of the staff was rude and aggressive namely victor several times having a go at me in an aggressive manner he made several of our female friends actualy cry the way he spoke to them shocking !!some of our friends started missing dives as a result of him as he intimidated them
Park fees 1280 dollars and they want a 15 percent of the booking tip !! Approx £600
Wow this team is a joke very sub standard service
Now come on smarted the boat spend some monies on some new seating and sun lounges ! Train the crew divers need water !! Lots have emailed in complaining about the trip and damage to clothes and dive gear covered in soot and oil yet no response from them
We all left out thoughts on the slips provided on the boat we think they was binned and not passed on to head office

On a positive the diving was amazing huge oceanic mantas hammerhead sharks galapogas sharks silky sharks white tips wow amazing

一些工作人员态度粗鲁且咄咄逼人，尤其是Victor，他多次对我恶语相向，甚至把我们几个女性朋友都吓哭了，真是令人震惊！他的恐吓导致我们一些朋友取消了潜水计划。
公园门票1280美元，他们还要收取预订费的15%作为小费！大约600英镑
哇，这团队简直是个笑话，服务差劲透顶！
拜托，赶紧把船上的座椅和日光浴躺椅换成新的吧！好好培训一下船员，潜水员需要水！很多人都发邮件投诉这次旅行，说衣服和潜水装备都沾满了烟灰和油污，但他们却没有任何回应。
我们都对船上提供的船票感到不满，我们觉得他们把票扔掉了，根本没上报给总部。
真是糟糕的一次旅行！
不过，潜水体验倒是很棒，看到了巨大的蝠鲼、锤头鲨、加拉帕戈斯鲨、丝鲨、白鳍鲨，哇，太棒了！
