点评：Please do not travel with this Company. I had a 12 day dive trip scheduled and they cancelled it at 11 pm 2 days before we were supposed to leave. Due to the fact that travel to the starting location takes almost 20 hours from home, and you need to leave at least a day in advance, I was literally less then 10 hours from getting on a flight. The reason was that it was a new boat, that was supposed to have launched 2 months earlier, and apparently was not ready. They obviously knew that way before 48 hours in advance, like at least a week. Yet they waited until the absolute last minute. Yes they are refunding the trip. But I am now stuck holding over $500 in cancellation fees that just 24 hours early would have been $0. Additionally, I had someone come to sit for my dogs that drove 600 miles to stay for the two weeks, that, once again, 24 hours earlier, would not have left her house, and now what is she supposed to do. And I have to pay her.
Truly, do not travel with these people, their lack of common courtesy, and they are in the travel industry, should be a warning.
