Enat Ethiopia Tours & Travel的点评
点评：I booked the 7 Day Ethiopian Tour with Enat EthiopiaTours based on the five star reviews I saw posted. My experience with them was a far cry from a 5 star experience. The only positive I can say about the tour infrastructure is that the two local guides in Bahir Dar, Gondar, and Lalibela were knowledgeable, friendly, and tried to look after us as best they could.
There are several reasons why I was so disappointed with the experience. First, the accommodations were not acceptable considering the price we paid for the tour. In some rooms, the hot water was not working, WiFi signals were weak, some rooms had questionable wiring and unsightly bathroom fixtures.
Our experience in Addis Ababa with Asha was disappointing as he took us to only two sites and left us basically on our own to tour them. On our last day in Addis Ababa, he just dropped us off at our hotel instead of taking us to the Ethiopian dinner and show that was scheduled in the itinerary.
Our trip to the Simien National Park w as cancelled due to security reasons, and that is certainly understandable. However, there was no “Plan B, so we ended up spending the “lost day” at the hotel.
I feel we were overcharged for the quality of the tour we experienced. Ethiopia is an interesting place to visit, and they badly need tourism dollars. However, I recommend you find another tour company.
