点评：We used Dany’s Cabo for several transfers during our vacation in Los Cabos and had a wonderful experience overall.
Our first pickup was from the airport. Mario was waiting for us with a sign with my name, helped us with our luggage, and welcomed us with complimentary tequila shots. We had a comfortable private SUV, and Mario was extremely friendly. He even let us choose the music for the ride, which was such a fun way to start our vacation!
I especially appreciated the communication throughout our trip. Before each scheduled ride, Dany emailed us to confirm the details. For our final airport transfer, he also recommended our pickup time based on our flight departure, which made everything very easy.
We did experience a delay with our transfer from RIU Palace Baja California to Hard Rock because the battery in Mario’s SUV unexpectedly died. Things happen, and what impressed me was how Dany handled the situation. He personally called me, apologized and explained what had happened. Dany then came himself to pick us up and drive us to the Hard Rock.
As a courtesy for the delay, Dany also provided us with a complimentary ride the following day from the Hard Rock to the downtown Cabo San Lucas/marina area. We really appreciated the gesture and the way he handled the situation.
Mario, who is Dany’s brother, was our driver several times during the trip and was wonderful every time. He was friendly, helpful and made us feel very comfortable. During one of our trips downtown, he even helped us with directions after our outing.
Our final pickup from the Hard Rock to the airport was once again with Mario. The SUV was comfortable, the ride went smoothly, and we arrived at the airport on time with plenty of time for our flight.
Overall, Dany and Mario were professional, personable and genuinely kind. Their communication was excellent, and I especially appreciated seeing how they handled an unexpected problem. Instead of making excuses, Dany personally stepped in, got us where we needed to go and followed up with a thoughtful courtesy.
We would absolutely use Dany’s Cabo again when visiting Los Cabos and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for friendly and reliable private transportation.
