点评：I finally decided to join this facility, on arrival I was shown around , and then given my membership card . I did not care much for this facility , the sauna area was horrible, I would never use it. I told the instructor of my reasons to use the gym, he just ran through how to use the equipment then left. After 5 months I could no longer use the gym due to ongoing health issues, I rang only to be told to ring another number, this number also was an answering machine saying cannot take your call, and to email them, I did this continuously over 4 days, no one returned my calls, and I never received an email in response. Finally they did send an email. Overall this council run facility is just that. It feels neglected, unclean, particularly the sauna area, which in my opinion was disgusting, I did not use the pool , I did not like the look of it or the changing area. The staff were uninterested and not welcoming , particularly as i had never been before. The customer service was absolutely appalling. I would never go there again and I certainly would not recommend this facility to anyone.
翻译：我最终决定加入这家健身房。到达后，有人带我参观了一下，然后给了我会员卡。我对这家健身房不太满意，桑拿区简直糟糕透了，我根本不会去。我跟教练说明了我来健身房的原因，他只是简单地讲解了一下器械的使用方法就走了。五个月后，由于持续的健康问题，我无法再使用健身房了。我打电话过去，却被告知要打另一个号码，而这个号码也是自动答录机，提示无法接听，让我发邮件。我连续四天这样做，但始终无人接听我的电话，也从未收到回复邮件。最后，他们终于发了一封邮件。总而言之，这家由市政运营的健身房名不副实。感觉疏于管理，卫生状况堪忧，尤其是桑拿区，在我看来简直令人作呕。我没有使用游泳池，因为它的外观和更衣室都让我很不满意。工作人员态度冷漠，一点也不热情，尤其是我之前从未去过。他们的客户服务简直糟糕透顶。我绝不会再去那里，也绝对不会向任何人推荐这家机构。
