Liquid Dive Adventures的点评
点评：Very stressful and disappointing experience with Liquid Adventures.
We went on an ocean safari as a family with two young children (5 and 8 years old), on a zodiac (rigid inflatable boat). The sea conditions were extremely rough, with waves around 2 to 3 meters. In a small zodiac, this is not just uncomfortable — it is clearly unsafe and completely inappropriate for children.
This was not properly explained during the safety briefing. There was no clear warning about how rough the sea was or that the trip would be physically intense.
I was genuinely scared during the trip, as was another woman on board.
There was also a French couple with us. Even though they were initially willing to continue, they agreed that for obvious safety reasons the trip had to be cancelled.
We returned to shore without seeing anything.
We asked for a commercial gesture, but the owner, Luis, refused any refund or compensation — not for us, and not for the French couple either.
We paid €163 for a trip that did not happen.
Allowing families with young children to go out in these conditions on a small zodiac shows very poor judgment. I would strongly advise families to avoid this operator unless sea conditions are genuinely calm.
