点评：The Ultimate Private Tour – Turtles, Snorkeling, and Local Eats!If you want to see the real Grand Cayman, you have to book a private tour with Gilbert (Big Joe). He created a fully custom itinerary from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM tailored entirely to our love for marine life and snorkeling.Gilbert is a brilliant storyteller and naturally hilarious, making the drives between stops just as fun as the destinations. He took us to the Cayman Spirits Co. Distillery, bought us amazing beef and chicken "Tastee Patties" from a local food truck, and guided us through a drive around the island to see the blowholes and bedrock fossils.The snorkeling was magical. Gilbert jumped in with my husband and me at Spott's Cemetery, where we swam with turtles, a nurse shark, a stingray, and three lobsters in shallow water. We also hit Coe's Beach (and saw eight more big lobsters!) and Rum Point for the starfish. He captured the entire day perfectly because he’s a passionate photographer, ending with a stunning sunset stop near Morritt's Resort and a delicious dinner of breaded conch, mahi-mahi, and jerk chicken at Over the Edge. It was an intimate, perfect day!
