USED to be a great spa place

点评：Visited the spa for a spa day to treat myself with a spa ritual (spa complex, full body massage, facial) and additional full body scrub. It was 170€.
The massage therapist was very young, extremely inexperienced and worst of all uninterested at all in being polite or doing even a half good job. Multiple times I had to ask her to readjust pressure just for it to go unnoticed. I had an area of my arm I wasn’t supposed to scrub which she ignored until I reminded her the second time. Scrubbing was done for legs (feet not included), arms and sides of body, but NOT TO BACK MIDDLE AND UPPER BACK. Who knows why.
Massage was done extremely lightly with a ridiculous amount of oil. There was so little friction that her hands were ice cold by the end of it.
Have gone 2-3 times a year for spa days but never going back. Such a shame this place USED to be great
