Pretty space but just average spa services.
Joya Spa at Omni Scottsdale Resort的点评
点评：The spa space was very pretty and decorated in line with the Moroccan theme. However, I was not overly impressed with the services. I received a massage and facial, both of which were average. The massage therapist didn't asked any preliminary questions about my health history, problem areas, or if I had any spots that needed special attention. She also used very light pressure and spent little time on the certain areas that should have received more attention (e.g., feet). The esthetician for my facial also didn't ask any preliminary questions, such as what my current skincare routine is, do I have any special concerns, etc. In addition, during the facial she recommended a moisturizing facial mask that would cost an additional $30, which I felt should have been included in the base price and not offered as an upcharge. I've received many massages and facials in the past and have always received more specialized attention, which I expect when I pay these prices. With both services, I felt like a "commodity." Bottom line: the aesthetics of the spa are unique and beautiful, but the services are not worth the price.
