Doubletree By Hilton Cheltenham-cotswolds Spa的点评
点评：We came for a spa day and afternoon tea and to be honest a bit disappointed really.
If you where staying at the hotel and fancied a swim or to go in the jacuzzi it would be fine but to sell a spa day package like we had I don't think this is good enough.
Its really small it has 6 reclining loungers that people already had towels on so you couldn't use them and 8 seats sat around the the pool and thats it no relaxation room or space to relax.
The hot tub is Luke warm and runs for 2 minutes and goes off for 5 minutes and repeats that all day the heating for the pool was broken the day we went so was really cold the steam room and sauna was ok but just a bit worn out with old moldy looking silicone all over the tiles.
It wasn't great so spent 2 hours there and then went for the afternoon tea, the staff were nice and polite and the dining room is really nice but sandwiches were a bit boring and some of the cakes just looked like cheap shop bought that had been sliced up.
In my opinion it wasn't worth the money so wouldn't go back as there are a lot nicer places, I think Hilton are still trying to live off there past reputation but going down hill rapidly.
