Excellent pools and wellness, but chipped bathrobes and poor food!

点评：The establishment, which advertises itself with 4 stars, greeted us in our room with a bathrobe that had a patched hole both in the front and back, but that's not all. All bathrobes in the hotel are equipped with enormous anti-theft chips! I informed the reception of the Seasons hotel about both of these facts with indignation. They willingly offered to exchange the bathrobe, but informed me that the chips are on all of them. In my opinion, this is an absolute disgrace. As for the wellness area, pools, and all water attractions, everything was fine there. The breakfast was very poor. You would search in vain for any fruit, and half an hour before the end of breakfast service, the already meager offering was significantly reduced and they didn't even replenish anything. I also pointed this out to the waiter, but the next day it didn't look any better. Dinner was so weak that afterwards we reserved a table for the next evening at a quality restaurant in nearby Spišská Sobota. Even before we went there, we went to check whether we might be missing out on something at the hotel restaurant after all. No, that was not the case. It would be good if the hotel management looked around at neighboring countries to see how it's done. This establishment doesn't deserve 4 stars for hotel services, not by any chance.
