Cooking at Home Thai Culinary School的点评
点评：We all had so much fun at this class. The class starts by meeting the instructors (who are also the business owners) at a local country market. Out of all the market visits on our trip to Thailand this was the most interesting and informative experience walking through and learning how Thai people utilize the market. The process for getting fresh coconut milk & cream was so interesting to learn about. Personally I feel so much more connected to understanding the cuisine due to that visit.
The class itself is very well run and organized. The cooking area is super clean, and thoughtfully designed for all the students to get the best experience. I was particularly impressed with how they handled my young girls cooking their own dishes at their own stations. Our girls are 9 & 11 yo and the instructors were always giving them just the right amount of assistance and attention so that they had real confidence and control over their finished product. We had a lovely meal together cooked by us and we now have memories to last a lifetime. We highly recommend this cooking school for anyone who loves Thai cuisine! A must do for sure.
