点评：Henry Moodie was absolutely incredible, as we were waiting for merch the security guards pulled my friend back from the queue and started shouting at her. She then had a panic attack over the experience, the manager was brought out and was NOT helpful in the slightest. She did speak english and was translating from the security guards, I was explaining what had happened and was then accused of lying. She then said her security guards wouldn’t do something like that and was basically refusing to take anything in what I was saying. As I walked out I was then mocked and pulled faces at as I was leaving. This alone is unacceptable, I put in a complaint and was then MOCKED for it. I understand things can be a misunderstanding sometimes but shouting in another language and causing a panic attack is not something to just brush under the rug. The security guards are awful and will just invalidate the experience. We had a wonderful night up until this happened. RUINED the entire night for us, will NOT be returning to a show here.
