点评：Hawaii Volcano National Park is a beautiful park with many oportunities to see nature in action. As an active volcano you see the past, present and maybe the future. Unfortuntely this was a summer of updates. The main visitors center is closed for a remodel. There is a small temp center at the military center. We were in the park a few days after event 50 and a few days before event 51. There was a good amount of steam venting while we are on top. So much to see. One road literaly takes you to the beach that was made in 2018. Areas that had forest are now dark from volcano activities. The lava tube was cool but today its one way in and out. The park has a bridge under construction. Parking at the lava tube is a premium be patient and wait. Its worth the stop. Plus you can view the main crater from the other side. Plenty of trails that are well maintained. The well trained park staff make sure you are safe.
