点评:The stairs between the Lockers/Showers & the spa have been broken for oven a month. You have to go through the (noisy/busy) Hotel Lobby/Restaurant/ski entrance in your bathrobe& sandals to reach the Spa. This is completely UNCOMFORTABLE & TOTALLY ruins the experience.
The Spa Management does not take any ownership for the Hotel infrastructure. As clients we pay for the whole experience: hottub, pool, sauna, lockers, shower, & spa treatment. Just a shame that the only answer we got was "we're not responsible for the broken stairs, for the pool, the spa & this & that. This is not Professional. We don't care how you manage your business , if you rent or not, if you have contractors or not. If you cannot offer the service because infrastructures are broken or not in service, YOU MUST ADVISE YOUR CLIENTS IN ADVANCE so they can DECIDE to postpone their appointement or go somewhere else. You can do better Fairmont!
