GAEA Guides - Guided Kayak Nature Tours的点评
点评：If I could give zero stars, I would. Unprofessional business with very poor communication. Be careful booking with them.
We booked the GAEA Guides Estero Bay kayak tour, paid in full, and completed all waivers. Two days before the tour, we were asked to switch to a manatee tour over an hour away. We declined and were told someone would follow up. No one did.
The day before the tour, we received an automated reminder email, so we reasonably believed the tour was still happening. The morning of the tour, we biked to the meeting location. No guide showed up. We waited over 30 minutes, called multiple times, left voicemails, and received no response.
Hours later, we received a brief text saying the tour had been canceled because we couldn’t do the manatee tour and that a refund was “being processed.” We were never informed of the cancellation beforehand, and we are still waiting on the refund. I would not recommend GAEA Guides to anyone who values their time.
