This place is wildly unprofessional and rude. I have everything on video, and it was live streamed, so nothing about this is exaggerated.
We rented two scooters, and a guy named Jeff was showing us how to turn them on. I asked a question, and Jeff completely ignored me. I asked again, and instead of answering, he snapped, “I already told you!” — which he absolutely did NOT. Incredibly rude and dismissive.
Then, as we were trying to take the scooters off the stands, Jeff kept rushing us, saying he “needed to hurry.” One of the stands was stuck, and instead of helping, he yelled that we were voiding our contract. Completely uncalled for.
To make it worse, when we were leaving, another employee also struggled to get a scooter off the kickstand, proving the issue clearly wasn’t just us.
We asked for the owner’s number and called Mark, who said he would call me back. He never did. That alone tells you everything you need to know about how this business is run.
