点评：My husband and I rented two bicycles at their Duval Street location. The bikes were less expensive than other similar options. Getting the bikes were quick and easy. Here’s where it went off the rails. The staff are not friendly. They either dislike working there, dislike the customers, or both. The woman at the desk is rude and doesn’t even try to be pleasant. The bikes are not well-maintained (likely why they are less expensive). They are more difficult to ride due to the rust and lack of maintenance. I could hear something rubbing the wheel as I pedaled. You don’t want to be putting in extra unnecessary effort when it is hot. The kick stand was so rusted that we had trouble using it. My husband had to kick it in place for it to be usable. During our ride, my husband’s handlebars came loose and started dangling, almost causing an accident.
My advice is to pay a few dollars more to get better maintained bikes that are less effort to ride AND get them from a company that actually wants customers.
