Amazing first time in Kenya

点评：We decided to go on the Kenyan Odyssey tour for our honeymoon for 8 days, starting in Nairobi and ending in Mombasa. Our driver and guide was Salim (aka Tarzan) who was genuinely amazing and we can’t give him enough praise. He helped us make the most of our trip and it was a pleasure to get to know him. He made sure we could relax and would get everything sorted for us - including buying us fruit on longer drives. Salim was extremely knowledgable when it came to animals and national parks on safari. It was also great to learn about Kenyan culture and history from his perspective. Salim was a brilliant and enthusiastic guide and who kept us laughing throughout. His excitement for nature and what Kenya holds throughout the year is the main reason we plan to now revisit in the future. From making sure his jeep is clean everyday and constantly on the lookout for animals, it was a true pleasure to be shown Kenya with Salim!
The lodges we stayed at were all in great locations with kind and helpful staff and good food. All the staff we interacted with at Pollman's were attentive and helped answer any questions we had along the way. Each location on the trip was unique and you would always feel immersed in nature. The hospitality at every lodge was superb and any issues we had, would be resolved as soon as we raised them. The planning of the trip from Pollman’s was great and we knew where we had to be and at what time throughout. All the transfers and travelling went really smoothly. Salim and the rest of Pollman’s went out of their way to make things special for our honeymoon which we greatly appreciated.
