点评:My experience is unusual but unfortunate. I purchased tickets just before Christmas for December 27th. I’m visiting from out of town and didn’t use my phone number to make the reservation. When I arrived the center was closed down the a sheet of paper on the door explaining the players went on strike that day. I tried calling them at different offices but I couldn’t get through to anyone for the next few days and then I had to fly overseas where I’m located all year. I purchased tickets directly from the center but they use a 3rd party service and when I contacted them I was given an agent in another country outside the USA who did everything they could not be accommodating. My simple request was for a full refund for the unusual event. The ticket prices were inflated during holiday and dropped half in value so I will lose have my value or full value if they are not sold. The rescheduled date was still to be determined.
