High Country Horse Adventures Lake Coleridge的点评
点评：My husband, Stuart and daughter Sienna and I rode here on December 2 and were involved in an accident. My horse threw me off after the guide put a nose bag on him to stop him eating the lupins which infuriated him. He threw me off which scared the other horses and made them bolt. My daughter was thrown off her horse too and another teenaged girl was also bucked off / spraining her ankle. The guide was unable to control her horse or the others / she lacked experience, leadership and communication skills. She didn’t come back to see if I was alright but simply rode off.
I emailed them twice but received no apology or an offer of compensation and I wrote a longer review here which seems to have been removed.
The staff’s lack of professionalism or knowledge of first aid was staggering. One staff member confessed these incidents happen fortnightly.
