Palmetto Dunes Tennis & Pickleball Center的点评
点评：fter spending many vacations in Destin, Florida, my son and I visited Hilton Head for the first time last year. We were looking for a place to play pickleball and discovered Palmetto Dunes. We had a great experience and enjoyed it so much that we decided to return this year.
Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. The quality of the clinics was nowhere near what we experienced last year. The instructors seemed poorly prepared and appeared to have very limited pickleball knowledge. Last year, the clinics were run by true professionals. This year, with all due respect, the level of instruction was extremely low and not suitable for players rated 4.0 and above.
The biggest disappointment came one morning when the person in charge, an older lady named Chris, told us that there were no spots available for us anymore. When we asked for an explanation, she simply told us to “go ask for a refund.” We found her response rude, dismissive, and unprofessional.
For players rated 4.0 and higher who are looking for quality instruction and organized clinics, I cannot recommend this facility based on our experience this year. Both the customer service and the pickleball program fell far below our expectations
