Great but unexpected costs

点评：We went on one of their trips as a family of 5. It was a trip to the mountains to see a waterfall and gorge. On the way there they stop half way at what appears to be the travel agents mothers to tell you that you likely need river/beach shoes and a mobile phone cover for the trip as well as to hire a water gun for a water fight. You can obviously buy and hire the stuff there which is more expensive than if they had told you prior to the trip and does each into the cost of the overall day. Then when you get to the waterfall they sell you other activities like zip lining or rafting which is £10pp per activity. In theory you dont have to do any of the extra activities but it is hard to say no to the kids when you are already there and everyone else is doing it. It was great fun though. Then when you get to the gorge you also have to pay an extra entry fee about £5 pp. The lunch at the waterfall restaurant that was included was lovely and the fish was delicious. It says buffet lunch but it isn't it is served plated up. The trip reps are very friendly and clearly enjoy their job and we made some lovely family memories however it became a costly day in the end.
