Let down by poor admin and processes

点评：Great experience but let down by poor admin and information.
Booked as part of a group of 6 on a G Adventures trip .. asked Kevin (agent) several times about insurance as I knew that my policy would not cover off road mountain biking, but didn't get an answer. I knew that other companies offered extra insurance for the trip, but it seems Enhance do not offer this.
We were then collected and taken to the bike depot, kitted up and allocated bikes before being asked to give next of kin and passport info and asked to sign contract. This should have been given to us when we booked, not when we were already kitted up. G Adventures should insist on this and Enhance need to change their processes.
I signed as ultimately I'm an experienced mountain biker but I feel for others!
Then followed an excellent experience on great bikes and great leaders. We were all full of praise for this - the bikes seemed better than those of other groups and our leaders sorted a great lunch stop and ensured we were all confident.
They took dozens of photos and videos and emailed some of these to us a few days later, but these were disappointing with very few on the trail itself. We emailed and asked for more, were told they'd be sent, but nothing more arrived. If we'd known we would have stopped and taken more photos ourselves.
So overall a great experience but let down by poor management, admin and back up
