Andaman Ocean Tours & Travels
My experience with Andaman Ocean Tours & Travels was extremely disappointing. They are highly unprofessional, not attentive to guests, and seem focused only on taking money rather than delivering proper service.
There were multiple mistakes in our itinerary, hotel arrangements, cab timings, and overall coordination. Every issue was passed from one staff member to another, and no one took responsibility. We only received the promised services after pushing and following up again and again, which made the whole trip stressful.
Their hotels, cab service, and activity planning were managed very poorly, showing a complete lack of interest and professionalism from their team.
My strong advice: Do NOT book any trip with them.
But if by mistake you do, then be very careful.
Record all conversations and never pay the full amount in one go.
Pay your trip cost in 25 percent installments each day, only after that day’s service is actually provided. This is the only way to protect yourself from their mismanagement.
If you want a smooth and enjoyable Andaman trip, avoid Andaman Ocean Tours & Travels.
