Kasun is highly recommended for transport around Sri Lanka and Safari

点评：Kasun drove us from Kosgoda to Yala and then Hiriketiya. Kasun also took us on an all day safari in Yala National Park.
Kasun is very punctual and an excellent communicator, he messaged to let us know he was on the way and was on time.
The safari was exceptional. Pick up at 0530 and drop off at 1730, 12 hours! Delicious breakfast and lunch included. Kasun is a ranger in the National park, his knowledge of the animals is outstanding. He understands animal behaviour and the warning sounds different animals make to guide finding the Leppard. He is also able to find animals while the car is driving and bumping along that I had trouble seeing when the car was stopped. Kasun also provides binoculars. I wish I had a camera with a larger zoom as my photos don’t do the day justice.
We wore long pants, as we were worried about mosquitoes, however I would wear shorts next time. I would also take a towel to lie on at lunch. Could also dip your feet in the sea at lunchtime.
We were so lucky to see Leppards, elephants, black bear, water buffalo, land monitors, dear, mongoose, monkeys, squirrels, so many birds and so much more. Thank you Kasun
