点评：Unfortunately our experience with White houseboats and its instructor Murraywas very disappointing.
Murray came across as angry and impatient throughout the experience which made what should have been an enjoyable and relaxed activity quite uncomfortable.
Professionalism clear instructions and constructive guidance would have been much more helpful than being spoken to in a aggressive unprofessional manner .
I understand that safety is important but it can be communicated while still treating the customer with respect which instructor Murray lacks big time !
Hopefully future customers will have a more positive experience than we did.
I hope White Houseboats will respond to this review, as a business owner myself I would immediately find a alternative person to do the induction process or risk a loss of more business for the houseboats and more bad reviews
