点评：El servicio de Xentour de principio a fin fue excelente. Olegario fue muy amable, paciente, y atento a todas mi preguntas e inquietudes. Reservamos trasporte de Playa del Carmen a Valladolid, de Valladolid a Merida, y el tour privado a Chichen Itzá, Cenote, e iglesia Uayma. Desafortunadamente, la iglesia estaba cerrada por cuestión de remodelación pero Olegario nos dio tres opciones diferentes para reemplazar esa actividad. Nuestro conductor fue Santiago quien es súper amable, flexible, de muy buena conversa, y siempre muy puntual. Santiago hizo que nuestros largos recorridos se sintieran más cortos y muy amenos. Mari fue nuestra guía durante el tour privado y fue una grandiosa experiencia. Mari está llena de conocimiento y sabe compartirlo de una manera divertida, entretenida, e interactiva. El equipo de Xentour es muy profesional, amables, puntuales, organizados, y con muchos conocimientos y experiences que compartir. Súper recomendados!

Xentour provided an excellent service from beginning to end. Olegario was very friendly, patient, and on top of all my questions. We reserved transportation from Playa del Carmen to Valladolid, from Valladolid to Merida, and a private tour to Chichen Itzá, Cenote, and Uayma church. Unfortunately, the church was closed due to renovations, but Olegario gave us three different options to replace that activity. Our driver was Santiago , who is very friendly, flexible, had good conversation, and always puntual. Santiago made our long drives feel short and pleasant. Mari was our guide, and she made it an awesome experience. Mari has so much knowledge and knows how to share it in an entertaining, fun, and interactive way. The Xentour team is very professional, friendly, punctual, organized, and with so much knowledge and experiences to share. Highly recommended!
