点评：This is a very impressive temple and is certainly worth visiting. Non Thais have to pay 50 baht to enter the main buildings and if you want to enter the smaller very highly decorated temple, there is an additional fee. Thais are not charged.
The temple covers a large area and it’s best to avoid weekends and public holidays when there are many visitors both local and tour operators. Allow a minimum of two hours to see everything particularly the main temple which is very richly decorated. It’s cool and peaceful even when there are a significant number of visitors.
As usual, footwear and hats must be removed in the temple buildings. Remember to look up as there are very impressive ceilings and wall panels. Clearly this wat is not short of money!
Immediately outside the main temple buildings, the floor can get very hot so be wary of burning the soles of your feet.
When we visited, some building work was continuing but that didn’t affect the overall experience.
There is a large car park which is free, plenty of toilets and it’s very important to ensure camera/phone batteries are fully charged.
