点评：I went in expecting a fairly standard café experience, but what I saw and experienced there was genuinely off putting from start to finish.
Service at the front was already poor staff seemed disengaged, slow, and almost annoyed by having customers to deal with. Orders were taken without much attention, and there was no sense of organisation or care in how things were being handled. (More focused on gossiping)
What really made things worse was being able to see into the kitchen through a glass panel in the door. It didn’t inspire any confidence. The man inside looked rushed and disorganised, with no clear system or coordination. Things were being handled in a way that felt chaotic rather than professional, and basic cleanliness standards didn’t seem to be a priority. It was the kind of scene that makes you second guess what’s actually going onto your plate or into your cup.
When my order arrived, it matched that impression lukewarm coffee that didn’t taste freshly made and food that was tasteless and felt like it had been hurried out without care.
Overall, the combination of inattentive staff out front and what looked like a poorly managed kitchen behind the scenes really ruined the experience. It’s hard to relax in a café when nothing about it feels properly run.
