Sabal Playa Beach Club的点评
点评：Stopped by Sabal Sunday February 15th. Told them at the hostess stand we only came for a drink and maybe an appetizer. We did see a sign that stated they offered a day pass for 500 pesos per person. That pass gave you access to use their pool, boogie boards, kayaks, kids ground, and other things. Thought that might be fun to do with family or friends in the future. Without explaining the "cost", they sat us by the pool. It was a Sunday so the pool was full with families with many, many children using the pool. A bit loud with the screaming yelling children. No big deal.
The big deal was when the bill came. They added 500 pesos for each person to our bill. Shocked, I explained no one told us we would be charged a fee to sit by the pool. We were there for 90 minutes, didn't use the pool or anything else included in there "Day Pass". After expressing our displeasure to several of the staff, they still weren't going to take off the charges. I explained, I live here full time and would never be back and obviously would never recommend anyone to this place. Not smart on their part as I manage Airbnb's right across the street. Anyway, very very bad customer service. I will be contacting my credit card today to dispute the "Day Pass" scam. Stay Away!!!
