点评:I had nothing but problems with this tour. I traveled with 2 others who had the same terrible experience. First, I booked online for a tour from Quito to Guayaquil to depart July 18th. The next day I get an email stating they wouldn't be able to depart that day, the next available day was the 20th. I completely changed my trip, canceling and rebooking reservations for hotels. Then about 2 days later, I receive a message that they don't have enough travelers to run their regular service. Not all of the stops promised would be included but I could pay an addition $20 for a tour I didn't ask for or want. Then they wouldn't be able to provide service all the way to Guayaquil, only to cuenca. And there would be no refund. When I asked why I wouldn't be getting a refund for not completing the entire promised trip, they said prices had gone up. Their prices had gone up in the 3 days since I'd booked?
The company run in ecuador is horrible. They don't advertise anywhere- no tour office, no flyers in hostels, nothing. I traveled through ecuador for 3 weeks and I didn't meet any other traveler who had even heard of them.
