野生动物探险游的点评
点评：I was able to stay at all 3 camps operated by Sheldrick WT - Ithumba Hills, Umani Springs and Little Galdessa. We spent 3 night at each camp and got to go out with the "Keepers" every day, 3 times a day. The elephants are so well cared for and we learned a lot about them from the keepers. We felt completely safe and secure during the entire visit even when close up to such large animals. At Ithumbia Hills, on New Year's Eve, 2025, we were treated to the arrival of a large wild herd of about 40 elephants that passed about 200 yards from us. What a way to see out the old year!
The camps are lovely and well appointed. I loved the outdoor showers at each camp! The staff at each of the camps were very professional and caring. I can't say enough good things about my visit to the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust camps and will never forget my experiences.
