点评：I would avoid this unethical business at all costs. After having them dishonour a $200 gift voucher after 11 months (they had a 6 month expiry), I vowed I would never return.
I had a friend visiting who has mobility issues, so I agreed to go with her as she would not have been able to access the far superior bath house up the road. What a regrettable decision. Firstly the lift was broken and staff informed me it had broken for almost 2 years. But secondly, we booked the Sanctuary, which is meant to be a quieter, child-free, peaceful option at a much higher price point ($150 per person for 1.5 hours). It was like Central Station. Every pool crammed full. Some we could not even access due to crowds. Noisy, busy, sitting shoulder to shoulder with others in every pool. Not relaxing, peaceful or luxurious at all. Obviously they will take as many bookings as they can, regardless of user experience.
Change rooms, also, were crowded, uncomfortable (unisex) and unclean. Tampon wrappers left in my changing booth.
This site has a beautiful historic heritage, and a long tradition of mineral bathing, which this current business has just completely ruined. Bypass recommended.
