点评:I am currently on my tour to bandipur, coorg, vythiri Club, the paying arm, and a leg, and I am having the worst experience. The tour manager is very lazy and told us after 1 sightseeing "banasura dam", then the rest of the day is free.
Vimla ben on the other hand is the worst person to deal with. Extremely rude customer service and poor communication skills while booking our tour. For this tour we booked 2 rooms which cost us 3 lakhs and they argued about 170 RS that their bank charged them and she would not confirm the booking until we paid the additional 170 RS to cover those charges.
The locals in the hotel have more insights of the place then these heena tour guides. Our tour manager was fighting about the water bottles which cost "47 RS" each. He showed us the bill and asked us why we we using the water bottles from the hotel. I heard that the tour is food centric but the guy did not get that right either. The mahraj that was traveling with us changes his clothes to make 1 item from the hotel's kitchen, which is not even edible, i.e., gulab jamun tasting khaman.
Please never ever waste your money on this worst failing business. We wasted our money but please do not wate yours.
