Sunbird canceled nighttime airport departure transfer just before pickup time

点评：Booking of departure transfer to Santorini airport at 2 am was cancelled by Sunbird just 4 hours before departure while we were at sleep !! Woke up 45 min before pickup to find this sms cancellation, and hade to rush to Fira by foot to get a taxi on my own. Just pure luck there were taxis available and it not we would have missed our flight home :( Why didn’t Sunbird arrange a regular taxi to pick us up at 2 am instead of just leaving us stranded? This is not something a professional agency would have done and is shockingly bad customer service.
Contacted Sunbird concierge on WhatsApp that replied 8 hours later that he would check with driver why this happened, but never heard anything from Sunbird again.
I would not recommend to order airport transfer at night with Sunbird so better use dedicated professional transfer services to avoid experiencing what we did.

翻译：我们在熟睡之际，Sunbird竟在出发前仅4小时取消了凌晨2点前往圣托里尼机场的接机服务！！我在接机时间前45分钟醒来，发现有短信通知服务已被取消，于是不得不徒步赶往费拉，自己想办法叫出租车。纯属运气好，当时有出租车可叫，不然我们就会错过回家的航班了:( 为什么Sunbird不安排一辆出租车在凌晨2点来接我们，而是任由我们滞留在那里呢？一家专业的旅行社绝不会做出这种事，他们的客户服务糟糕得令人震惊。
我通过WhatsApp联系了Sunbird的礼宾服务，对方8小时后回复说会向司机询问原因，但此后就再也没有收到Sunbird的任何消息。我不建议在夜间通过Sunbird预订机场接送服务，最好选择专业的接送服务公司，以免遭遇我们遇到的状况。
