点评：I have seldom experienced a company with such an excellent customer service. Everything worked perfect, from the moment of enquiry of a private tour until departure from Stornoway. I hade booked a two full day tours for 28 and 30.4 for me and my daughter. The week before arrival I also noticed that we need an airport transfer and they could arrange this too. On our arrival our driver, Alex, brought us first to do some groceries as we were staying in a B&B with self catering, and then to our B6B in Achmore. The next day we had our first tour (again with Alex) to Harris. He took us to amazing places and stopped along the way on photographic places (I am a photographer) We were also blessed with very good weather. Alex is also a good and reliable driver so you always felt safe in the car. As a local he also has a lot of knowledge about the Islands, its inhabitants and the Gaelic culture. The second tour was to Lewis in the northern part of the Island. Again we saw some special places that you probably would miss if you go on your own. Both tours were planned according to our interests, like we wished to see a weaver so they arranged it. The planning I communicated with Iain and the communication was always very good. We did not meet Iain as he was stuck on the other Island due to mist but he was so nice to arrange that his father came and picked us up on 1.5 and took us to Stornoway , left us there for a few hours, kept our luggage and then took us to the airport. I was very happy that I chose Heb360 and I really got value for the money. If (which I truly hope) go back to the Island I will for sure book Heb360 again.
