Terrible Experience – Rude Staff and No Support for a 3-Year-Old Party

点评：I would not recommend Elevation Station for hosting a party for a 3-year-old. The overall experience was very disappointing. There seemed to be little understanding or consideration that the children attending were toddlers—not older kids—which made the environment feel unaccommodating and poorly managed for that age group.
The party host did a terrible job. She never introduced herself, didn’t say hello, and offered no assistance throughout the party. Food was not served as expected, and we received little to no help with anything we needed. It felt like we were completely on our own the entire time.
To make matters worse, her name tag was turned around so no one could even identify her, which came across as unprofessional and avoidant. The lack of basic customer service and attentiveness really took away from what should have been a fun and special experience for a young child.
Overall, very rude service and a frustrating experience. I would suggest looking elsewhere if you’re planning a party for younger kids.
