Dangerous to rent a car from lost in Albania! Mechanical and safety issues!

点评：We rent a 4x4 with rooftop.
The communication was good before we started the trip.
De rooftop and equipment was new. It’s a simple tent from decathlon, with a thin matras so be aware of this when you rent it for a longer period. My boyfriend had bad nights with his back on it.
Then there were some really necessary safety issues with the car to be aware!!
First day we start to drive off-road, in the rainy we find out that, the windshield whipper on thr driver’s sight didn’t work, we had to push it couple of times to let it work and see the road. Dangerous!
-Stop lights en right turn light didn’t work,
- Back door didn’t get in his lock, so we wear not able to lock to car properly. Because of this the rain 200km/u cam in to the backside of the car and all our laugage was wet.
- locket or the box at the front seat didn’t close, we had to fix it with own tape.
- we had to drive back to Tirana to let all of this fix. It are safety’s before that should work before heading out this as a rental car for expensive price per day!
They fixed the backdoor with a locker from outside, and put a rail at the back door, so the rain couldn’t go in anymore.
We went on further with the trip.
- speed monitor didn’t work
- the plate to open de windows automatically is lose
- to open the doors automatically you put the key in the door of the driver side, still you can’t open all the doors and have to open it form the inside with your hand.
- when in the car, the handle of the driverdoor didn’t open well, you had to push it many times. Dangerous if you need to go out in case of emergency!
- steering wheel is pulled to the left from the axel when we had to stop hard for another car in from with our brake. We almost hit the side of the road beceause the car was pulled by the axel to the left!
- the belt from the passage chair was broken, so it was not fixed anymore in the gear house.
All of this felt us pretty unsafe to drive in this car.
Because of the weather we deside the bring the car back to days earlier.
We supposed to sleep in the rooftop for 2 weeks but slept only one!
We never saw Mimi and saw two times different people, by the start of the rental period and at the end just a friend to pick the car up by the end.
He still wanted to charge us for not washing the car?! But I think to rent out a car is this bad condition you must be feel shamed!!
I have a send an email with feedback and that’s it’s not safe at all to rent out a car in this conditions! We feel betrayed by a price of 110,- a day. We are didn’t get any answers back and any discount for all the inconvenience and unsafety conditions from the car!! That’s why I will share this story to safe other people.

Rent your car somewhere else!!! There are better companies around!
