TeamSport Indoor Go Karting Leicester的点评
点评：Every single year that we have gone for one of our family members birthdays it has always been perfect. however this time it was horrible and we won’t be back. we booked a session for 7 people and we can understand that having that many people might be a handful but unfortunately the staff, the girl with red hair and piercings she has been horrible and didn’t help us at all when we raised our concerns. absolutely 0 customer service skills. after our first round we explained to the staff that an extra person that was on our course but was driving very dangerously, cutting in front of us and not respecting the light system. however we just got told that he paid too and we are just in his way and laughed it off. this led to the second course for not one but 3 people from 7 to end up with injuries. one has bruised ribs, and two others have legs dislocations.
this used to be our favourite place but now with people like that working i would not recommend it to anyone as they value more the money than the safety of their customers. ( the staff at reception and the blonde lady at the bar were very lovely and very friendly!) .

翻译：每年我们为家人庆祝生日时，体验都堪称完美。但这次却糟透了，我们再也不会光顾了。我们预订了7人的体验项目，我们明白这么多人可能会给工作人员带来些麻烦，但遗憾的是，那位红发且带耳环的女工作人员表现极差，当我们提出顾虑时她根本不予理睬。她的客户服务意识简直为零。第一轮体验结束后，我们向工作人员说明：有个参加课程的人开车极其危险，总是强行变道、横插到我们前面，也不遵守交通规则。然而我们只得到这样的回复：那个人也付了费，我们只是挡了他的路而已，对方说完便一笑置之。结果在第二轮体验时，原本7名参与者中有3人受伤。其中一人肋骨淤青，另外两人则出现了腿部脱臼的情况。这里曾经是我们最喜欢去的地方，但现在有那样的人在工作，我实在不推荐给任何人——他们把金钱看得比顾客的安全更重要。（不过前台的工作人员以及酒吧里那位金发女士都非常友善可爱！）
