Head office failed
TeamSport Indoor Go Karting Leicester的点评
点评：Nothing against the team at the Leicester they did everything they could to help my situation. Quick, on the fly decision making to make the most of a bad situation. They advised I speak to Head office to get a refund for my missed race but I had no luck.
On the day I tried to book 4 extra people on the last session of the evening (22:15). The session had been removed by head office so no booking was available. When we arrived we were the only 3 on the track for that session, why remove it? The team on the day were great and got my friends on the other earlier session I was on aswell (22:00) but only for their 2nd race. At least they got 1 race other people. This meant I would be on my own on the track for the last 22:15 session race. Kind of pointless. The staff on the day said as I was not racing the last race I could ask head office for a refund.
Called head office and they said my friends could have just booked extra sessions, I asked how? We were on the last sessions of the evening with no one racing so I don't understand that logic. I missed my last race and no help at all from head office. £1000's spent at this place over the years and they can't even give me my 15 minutes back as goodwill.
Don't think I'll go back.
