Blue Shark Day Boat Tours Split, Croatia的点评
点评：This was quite ridiculous boat trip and was the only negate experience we had on our two weeks vacation in Adriatic sea region. We were two families with four kids (from 5-12 year old). We wanted to spend a day around some of the islands close to Split, Croatia and since we had four kids with us were looking for a safe and comfortable boat with not many people as capacity. We’ve talked to several companies and at the end chose Blue Shark due to the capacity of the boat – 12 and assurance from their representative that the boat has: 1. Toilet, 2. Air-conditioning inside the cabin, 3. Wi-Fi since some of us needed to work for an hour, 4. Safe conditions for the kids, 5. Refrigerator (nothing was included in the trip, so we had to bring water and some food for the 10 hour trip; 6. Snorkeling equipment for the sites we are supposed to visit.
However, none of the above, which was initially communicated happened. Furthermore, we receive for our 900 EUR the following:
1. Extremely rough treatment by the main guy on the boat who was smoking during the trip inside the small cabin;
2. No safety instruction, no life vests, even for the kids staying outside the small boat which was cruising at quite high speed in the bumpy sea.
3. Toilet was not working and not available for customers – for 8h trip
4. Kids were not able to eat inside the boat and had to sit on a small bench outside (with no life vests), while the same guy was allowed to smoke inside.
5. No air-conditioning;
6. No Wi-Fi;
7. Tiny refrigerator which we were not able to use, since there were few bottles of water and no space to anything else;
8. No snorkeling equipment provided;
There we many other companies around, so if you are considering full-day boat trip, Blue Shark is not an option. Terrible service!
Other than that, Split was amazing, and we are looking to be back soon!
