点评：I have purchased thousands of products from Kiton. Many very high end expensive cotton sneakers. I have cleaned them in the washer with cushioned shoe bags and only air dried them. My most recent cotton sneaker purchase less than 2 months ago I washed on a warm cycle in a cushioned sneaker bag. The sneakers disintegrated. I asked for an exchange as my prior experiences was not reflective of this defective pair of sneakers. The manager of this store made the decision they would not replace with a new pair even after being explained the unusual experince from prior Kiton sneakers. This should have been such an easy decision. When I've asked to speak to the manager directly, I get no reply and they are not in.
