Estuary Wine Bar的点评
点评：On Saturday 10 January myself, 2 female friends and our husbands visited the Estuary Wine Bar which we have done on several occasions.
Myself and one friend drunk Negroni Sbagliato whilst my other friend drunk the Grapefruit Martini. We consumed three of these each (one of which I only consumed half as I was start to feel unwell).
Upon leaving the Wine Bar myself and one friend collapsed onto the pavement and could not get up. We could not walk or see although we were aware of what was going on. We had a reservation at Lucca's where upon arrival (after being supported by our husbands) we were both violently sick in the toilet. We decided the best course of action was to return home as soon as possible (unfortunately this was via train) after explaining to staff in Lucca's what had happened (who were extremely concerned and advised us they were going to contact the wine bar). Once we got onto the train my other friend had the same experience and spent the journey in the toilet. We all struggled to get home and are horrified to think what might have happened if our husbands were not with us. The affects lasted several days.
I would like to add that all three of us are in our 50s and used to socialising. I have never experienced this sort of reaction before in my life and cannot understand how this could have occurred. I thought it necessary to make the wine bar aware (contacting them twice) and have been extremely disappointed to receive no reply at all.
This was a very frightening experience and I felt it necessary to make others aware.
