amazing staff!! an amazing adventure

点评：ABSOLUTELY AMAZING STAFF!!!
I cannot express my true gratitude how the staff helped our trip to be absolutely amazing!!! I came with my Son and my nephew, my nephew who is 5 and has autism wanted to go on the bigger yellow slide, he struggles at times to wait his turn and ofcourse sees an amazing slide and wants to come down straight away, one of the male lifeguards was just incredible with him holding his hand as he waited as i was below waiting for him and son was with him, he understood my nephews needs and treated him so lovely, and then the other two lifeguards did the same, said he understood if he wasn’t able to wait and helped the situation so so much and made sure the female lifeguard understood his needs too which she did, i was able to have a great day with my son and nephew, and he went on the slides so many times with no worries, letting me come right by the slide to catch him,

Also the staff the rainforest play area were amazing we got to pay and have 30 minutes before as our swim session was going to stay and one hour and half after the lovely lady wrote a note to say we could come back in after we had finished , the staff getting coffee there were amazing honestly overwhelmed with the staff for sure,
the reception to the swim, the place where we received the food were all amazing!! we also lost our key for locker and was going and gentlemen helped us get our things.. they couldn’t do enough for us.. it is with such a heartfelt thank you! and we can’t wait to back again!!
thank you for being Autism friendly and being amazing people! The young men lifeguards know who they are i hope :) thank you for being you!

还有，雨林游乐区的工作人员也超棒的。我们支付了费用后，在游泳时段前有30分钟的自由时间；游泳结束后，那位善良的女士还特意写了一张纸条，允许我们再回来玩一个半小时。那里负责端咖啡的工作人员也极其出色。说实话，工作人员真的太棒了，让我们深受感动。
接待处以及领取食物的地方也都棒极了！！我们的储物柜钥匙也弄丢了，正当我们不知所措时，几位男士帮忙我们取回了物品……他们为我们做得太多了……我们由衷地感谢他们！我们已经迫不及待想要再来了！！
感谢你们对自闭症人士的包容与友善，你们真是很棒的人！希望那些年轻的救生员们知道他们是谁哦 :) 谢谢你们做真实的自己！
